L'Appartement 4F is a Brooklyn-based French bakery founded by couple Gautier and Ashley Coiffard, known for hand-rolled croissants, slow-fermented sourdough, and its cult-favorite croissant cereal. What began as a small apartment bakery during the pandemic has grown into a destination for French-inspired baking, with a natural wine bar and restaurant, L’Apéro, upstairs in its Brooklyn Heights location.

I worked with them on branding the bakery and creating merch for two sold out collections with major brands.
